I am placing this brief notice in my public record to document an action I have taken.
After studying the published materials and instructions concerning the Demand for Performance and Correction directed to U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, I prepared and executed my Demand for Performance and Correction.
The instrument has been executed, notarized, and placed on the public record through the Land Recording Office (LRO).
Mailing has not yet occurred.
The published instructions for this particular instrument call for Priority Mail Express, tracking, a Return Receipt Requested, and preservation of the postal receipts and related mailing records. I have not completed that step and will not represent otherwise.
The mailing expense is presently a material barrier to completing that portion of the process. That circumstance does not change what has already been completed, nor will I collapse the different stages of the record merely to make the process appear finished.
My present record is therefore straightforward:
The Demand for Performance and Correction has been executed, notarized, and publicly recorded. Postal transmission remains pending.
The recorded instrument speaks for itself.
I am not using this post to publish my underlying private records, supporting evidence, administrative strategy, or anticipated next actions. Nor is this post intended to provide a complete explanation of the Demand for Performance process.
Its purpose is narrower: to accurately mark the action taken and its present status in my continuing public record.
As additional steps are actually completed, the record can reflect them as they occur.
