Assets

I have not captured polished demo assets yet. What exists so far:

• The demo driver scripts, scripts/run_dashboard.py and scripts/run_demo_ticket.py, committed in the WJ-FYP repository. Running both together drives one real ticket through the full pipeline against the live Claude API and lets me watch it in the dashboard.
• A real demo target repository showing a full agent-written, reviewed and merged change end to end. It lives in a separate local repository right now, not yet pushed anywhere accessible.
• The deployed live dashboard and the deployed 3D office visualization, both hosted on Render.
• The Blind Team Comparison study instrument built for the human-eval work.
• The CS3IP Term 1 Report, kept as its own working artifact rather than a Notion page.
• The project poster, in the Posters folder in my home directory under poster-v3: the page itself, a PDF, a flat preview image and the three diagrams as separate vector files. The current text is on the Poster page.
• A set of dashboard screenshots in the light theme (chat feed, kanban board, the approve dialog, the roles editor and the settings) and 3D office images, saved in the same Posters folder. One 3D office frame shows the five agents walking to the drawing board during the scoping scenario.

The dashboard redesign and the 3D office view are both built now, and the screenshots above cover them. A proper screen recording of either one has still not been captured.
