Summary

We're a marketing agency hiring a contract designer to refresh and maintain our two brand sites. We're providing wireframes, messaging, and copy — you own design and build.

We have a WordPress-based site and would like to have a site we can update with our internal web dev team.

This isn't a one-off. We're looking for someone to join our team on an ongoing basis: refresh both sites, then keep improving them month over month, while also supporting our marketing team's design needs — decks, landing pages, social assets, one-sheets.

What you'll do

-- Design and build from our wireframes and copy -- Build real content structure — custom post types and templates for case studies, landing pages, resources, and a job board -- Build reusable blocks and patterns so our marketing team can publish without coming to you -- Work through review and approval rounds with our marketing lead, COO and creative director — direction comes from us, execution is yours -- Ship new pages and brand assets on short turnaround -- Coordinate with our existing WordPress developer, who handles our other properties

Must haves

-- Real WordPress build ability — custom or child themes, custom post types, ACF, block editor -- Strong visual design sense; you can take direction and make it genuinely good, not just technically correct -- Ability to create original, intentional designs that feel thoughtful and distinctive -- Fast iteration. Three rounds in a week beats one polished concept in three -- Comfortable taking creative direction from non-designers and working through approvals

Nice to haves

-- Figma -- Design beyond web — social, decks, collateral -- Experience retrofitting structure onto inherited page-builder or AI-generated WordPress builds Agency or B2B marketing team experience

To apply
