What You'll Do
- Design and create social-first content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging digital platforms.
- Develop static posts, carousels, reels, stories, and motion assets that feel native to each platform.
- Design CRM campaigns, newsletters, and customer communication that extend the brand experience beyond social.
- Identify emerging internet trends, creators, and cultural moments, and translate them into ideas relevant to the brand.
- Work closely with the content, marketing, and creative teams to bring ideas from concept to execution.
- Build and maintain a consistent visual language while adapting to new formats and evolving platform behaviours.
- Contribute ideas proactively, reacting quickly to opportunities without waiting for a detailed brief.
- Create work that balances speed, relevance, and strong design fundamentals.
What We're Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in graphic design, social media design, or visual communication.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital-first design across social content, campaigns, or personal projects.
- Excellent visual design skills with a strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and branding.
- Working knowledge of motion design and short-form video content.
- Familiarity with designing for CRM, newsletters, or digital marketing assets is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with motion tools being an added advantage.
