What you’ll be doing

• Improve deployment workflows in Salesforce and other applications, reducing manual tasks and increasing reliability
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, including Salesforce-specific solutions
• Maintain and improve versioning practices to ensure traceability and safe rollbacks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen DevOps culture and best practices
• Support release management processes, monitoring, and environment stability (SRE)
• Ensure security and compliance standards in deployment processes
• Identify opportunities for improvement in automation, performance, and delivery

Who the company is looking for

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps practices and process improvement
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, SF CLI, and development tools (deployments and configurations)
• Experience building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines (YAML/JSON)
• Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, or Terraform)
• Strong experience with Azure (App Services, Key Vault, Azure SQL, Storage Accounts, VNet)
• Scripting knowledge (PowerShell and/or Bash)
• Experience with version control systems (Git or similar)
