Designed a new call management experience

• Researched call hold patterns, telephony systems, and competitor solutions

Simplified a complex settings system

Redesigned the settings architecture and reduced the risk of accidental changes to critical technical options.

04 • iOS Profile

Eliminated conflicting scrolling behavior

The profile screen contained two independent scroll areas, causing users to unintentionally scroll the main page while browsing attachments.

• Removed nested scrolling
• Separated different content types
• Moved Attachments and Call History into dedicated sections
• Redesigned the participants list

Call Transfer & Forwarding

Designed call transfer and conditional/unconditional call forwarding for Desktop and iOS. Conducted research, created user flows and interfaces, prepared specifications, and collaborated with developers through implementation.

Separated adding and removing participants into independent flows, eliminating accidental participant removal.

Design System & Product Contribution

Alongside product work, I contribute to the design system by developing design tokens, component libraries, documentation, micro-interactions, and adapting components to evolving iOS guidelines.

Migrating to Native iOS Navigation

The application relied on custom navigation and tab bar components. I proposed migrating to native iOS navigation components and successfully aligned the development team around this approach.

The migration improved platform consistency, enabled native visual behaviors, and reduced UI-related bugs.

This project was particularly valuable because it required not only design expertise, but also building consensus and driving change across the team.
