• Bilingual content — English is explicit; Chinese counterparts are stored in dedicated properties and paired page-body lines.

Project timezone: America/New_York (same as Notion's timezone and Notion Calendar's main timezone). This follows the user's location: if the user changes location (e.g. changes Notion's default timezone or Notion Calendar's main timezone), any agent that notices the mismatch must remind the user to update the timezone in this documentation.
