E47 Core is the Mathematical City live holographic witness of the invariant sector. It is not a twelfth Octet packet stage. Kartekeya remains the executable E47 machine; this terminal is the real-time P47 / εK display that the laboratories interrogate.

Hilbert space $\mathcal H=V_2^{\otimes 3}$, $\dim N=125$. Selector $K=(C-6I)(C-30I)$ annihilates $E_{47}$ and is invertible on $V_\perp$. $P_{47}$ is the orthogonal projector onto $\ker K$. Metrics:

Hard P47 zeros every complement amplitude and renormalizes. Continuous lock applies the exponential $K^\dagger K$ damping on $V_\perp$ only. Intra-kernel hopping on the $E_5$ ring and the remaining 42 kernel modes keeps $E_{47}$ invariant while the 47-bar breathes.
Evidence class: E2 simulation. This page records a declared real-time visualization of the finite E47 algebra. It is not a hardware QPU, not an E0 theorem plate, and not an E1 dense-float64 reconstruction certificate. Exact kernel isolation remains the certified finite core; this terminal is the typed live witness.
