🧩 Core Team Note This will be the core (founding) team, working closely together with the founder to build Echo Lit from the ground up. The team will be small, and each member will play an active role in planning, executing, and shaping the platform in its early stages.

🧠 Social media and Content director

The Content Lead is responsible for planning and shaping all content that goes out on Echo Lit. This includes deciding weekly posts and reels, developing ideas, and writing or refining scripts and captions. They also actively contribute to creating reels and ensuring that content is engaging, consistent, and aligned with the platform’s purpose

🎨 Creative director

The Creative Lead handles the visual identity of Echo Lit. They are responsible for designing posts, maintaining a consistent aesthetic, and ensuring all visuals are clear, engaging, and aligned with the brand. This includes working with typography, layouts, and overall presentation to make the content visually strong and recognizable.

The Research Lead focuses on finding and verifying valuable information. This includes sourcing opportunities, exploring off-beat ideas, and gathering content that is useful and relevant for students. They ensure that everything shared is accurate, accessible, and meaningful

🤝 Outreach director

The Outreach Lead manages external communication and connections. This includes reaching out for collaborations, organizing interviews, and connecting with creators, authors, and other platforms. They play a key role in expanding Echo Lit’s network and presence

The Recruitment Lead is responsible for building and expanding the team. This includes identifying potential members, managing onboarding, and ensuring the right people are brought into the platform. They focus on maintaining a strong, committed team that aligns with Echo Lit’s goals.

🎪 Event Director The Event Director is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing Echo Lit's events, such as conferences, workshops, webinars, and other community initiatives. They coordinate with different departments to ensure events are well-managed and run smoothly from planning to execution.

📚 Education Director [in state of planning] The Education Director oversees Echo Lit's educational initiatives by helping develop learning resources, educational campaigns, and student-focused content. They ensure that the organization's projects remain informative, engaging, and aligned with Echo Lit's mission of making quality knowledge more accessible.
