EchoLand and EchoMind are designed to help users save, organize, search, and revisit information they choose to remember while browsing the web. We take privacy seriously and aim to collect and use only the data necessary to provide the product’s core functionality.

This Privacy Policy explains what data EchoLand may collect, how it is used, when it may be processed by cloud services, and what choices users have regarding their data.

1. What EchoLand does

EchoLand is a browser extension that helps users turn pages they choose to save into searchable, recallable memory. Depending on the feature being used, EchoLand may:

• save the current page or selected content into the user’s memory library;
• generate summaries, titles, keywords, or collections for saved content;
• allow users to search, revisit, and ask questions about previously saved memories;
• sync account-related data and entitlements through EchoMind Cloud.

EchoLand does not attempt to read or upload every page a user visits by default. Memory capture and cloud features are tied to explicit user actions, such as saving a page, asking EchoMind a question, or signing in to a cloud account.
