• Translate the arboretum / preserve vision into daily land‑care practice.
• Ground volunteers and stewards in soil, water, species, and zoning.

• Session 1: Juthour as arboretum and nature preserve (V1–V3 overview)
• Session 2: Soil, water, and terraces – regenerating a degraded mountain
• Session 3: Trees, plants, and habitat – planting and protection
• Session 4: Daily stewardship routines and seasonal cycles
