We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.

A. Personal Data

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Data”). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

• First name and last name
• Profile picture (provided via OAuth login provider)

B. CRM and Real Estate Data (User-Generated Content)

Since Emlakçı is a lightweight CRM application for real estate agents, the Service allows you to input, store, and manage data related to your professional activities. This includes:

• Customer Information: Names, phone numbers, emails, and custom notes regarding your clients.
• Property Listings (İlan Bilgileri): Property descriptions, prices, addresses, features, and statuses.

This data is stored securely using third-party cloud infrastructure (Firebase) to ensure synchronization across your sessions. We do not use your clients’ information or property details for any marketing or third-party sharing purposes.

2. Third-Party Service Providers

We employ third-party companies and services to facilitate our Service, provide the Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services, or assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

The third-party services utilized in Emlakçı include:

• Firebase Services (Google LLC): We use Firebase Authentication for managing user identity (OAuth logins), Firebase Firestore/Realtime Database for syncing user-generated CRM and listing data, and Firebase Analytics to monitor application performance and stability.
