This End User License Agreement “Agreement” is between you and CSB LLC “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” and governs your use of the Harvest - Farmers Market mobile application, including any related content, features, subscriptions, updates, and services offered through the app “App.”
By downloading, accessing, subscribing to, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, CSB LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and App Store Usage Rules.
This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the App to you. CSB LLC and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the App.
Harvest - Farmers Market helps users discover farmers markets, local food sources, butchers, and related local food options. The App may provide listings, maps, location-based results, descriptions, business information, directions, and other informational content.
The App is provided for general informational and convenience purposes only. We do not guarantee that any listing, location, hours, product availability, pricing, business status, or other information is complete, accurate, current, or available at any specific time.
You should independently verify details directly with the relevant market, vendor, butcher, farm, business, or third-party provider before visiting, purchasing, traveling, or relying on any information shown in the App.
Some or all features of the App may require an active paid subscription or in-app purchase.
All purchases, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, billing, and refunds for iOS users are processed by Apple through your App Store account. Subscription terms, pricing, renewal periods, trial availability, and cancellation rules will be shown before purchase.
Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, subscriptions may automatically renew through your Apple account. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings.
CSB LLC does not directly process App Store payments and cannot directly issue refunds for purchases made through Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple according to Apple’s refund policies.
