PersonalMap is a mobile application compatible with iOS and systems (hereinafter referred to as the “Software”).
This End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) constitutes a binding legal contract between you (an individual or single legal entity) and Hefei Jinniangu Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “we”, “the Company”). The Agreement includes all clauses herein, the Privacy Policy specified in Clause 8, plus any separate terms or service rules applicable to individual in-app features (if applicable).
Please read all terms carefully prior to downloading, installing or using the Software. Your actions including downloading, installation, tapping “I Agree” or quick login via mobile phone number confirm you have fully read, understood and accept all binding provisions of this Agreement, including bold-faced clauses concerning limitation of our liability, restriction of user rights and dispute resolution arrangements. If you disagree with any part or all of these terms, you must not download, install or use this product.
The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial and revocable limited license to download, install, back up and use the Software. You may install and operate PersonalMap on your mobile devices solely for your personal non-commercial use. Any commercial application or use on unauthorized third-party products requires prior separate written approval from the Company.
Unless explicitly permitted by applicable laws or stated for embedded third-party software, you shall not modify, translate, disassemble, reverse-engineer or decompile any part or the entirety of the Software without our written consent.
If you obtain this Software via Apple’s App Store, you acknowledge compliance with Apple’s relevant service terms. This Agreement is concluded solely between you and our Company instead of Apple Inc. We bear full legal responsibility for the Software and its content, and Apple shall not be obligated to provide any maintenance or technical support for this application.
We reserve the right to adjust, optimize, add or remove product functions from time to time to improve user experience. All updated, upgraded or revised versions of the Software shall remain subject to this Agreement.
You may be required to complete account registration to access full functions, and partial services can be restricted before successful registration. You must submit authentic, accurate personal information during sign-up and keep your account details updated and complete at all times. You shall select your own username and password and take full responsibility for keeping login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately upon discovery of unauthorized account access. Your account can only be used for legal purposes. Selling, leasing or transferring your account to any third party or permitting unauthorized third-party usage is prohibited; we reserve the right to terminate your account unilaterally without prior notice upon violation.
You are obligated to secure your login information against unauthorized access and bear full legal liability for all activities conducted under your account. Promptly inform us of any suspected illegal or unauthorized account usage. All losses arising from your failure to comply with above obligations shall be borne solely by yourself, with no liability attached to our Company.
