This Privacy Policy describes how user information is handled in mimo, hereinafter referred to as the "Service." The Service is operated by an individual. The operator of the Service, hereinafter referred to as the "Operator," respects user privacy and handles collected information in accordance with this Policy.

The Operator may collect the following information in order to provide the Service:

• Account information: identifiers necessary for authentication through an Apple account or email address, email address, and display name
• Profile information: display name, profile image URL, and other information registered or updated by the user
• Posting information: recorded and posted videos, thumbnails, captions, recording date and time, posting date and time, destination room, and poster information
• Room information: room name, room creator, participating members, participation date and time, invite token, and expiration date
• Communication information: comments, reactions, and information related to posts, participation, and reactions that may be subject to notifications
• Device and notification information: notification tokens, notification settings, and notification routing information
• Permission information: permission status managed by the operating system, such as camera, microphone, photo library, and notifications
• Technical information: app version, device information, OS information, crash logs, performance information, error logs, IP address, and other information obtained through communications

2. Use Of Camera, Microphone, And Photo Library

The Service uses the camera and microphone to record videos. Recorded videos are uploaded to the Service only when the user performs a posting action.

When a user saves a video to the device library, the Service uses permission to access the photo library. The Service does not obtain other data in the photo library unrelated to the user's posting or saving actions.

3. Purposes Of Use

The Operator uses collected information for the following purposes:

• To register users, provide login, verify identity, and manage accounts
• To provide Service functions such as video posting, room creation, invitations, viewing, comments, and reactions
