Pavo (“we”, “us”, or “the app”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information is involved when you use Pavo's workout, nutrition, progress tracking and purchase features, and how you can manage that information.

Important: Pavo is designed to be local-first. Personal workout and nutrition records are generally stored on your device, and a Pavo account is not required. Apple may process information independently for purchases, backups, and system services. Features marked “if enabled” apply only when they are actually available and you choose to enable them.

1. Information Processed

1.1 Information you enter

Pavo uses this information to display logs, calculate trends, suggest workout progression, and provide nutrition calculations and adjustments.

1.2 Device and system data

Pavo may access limited operating-system information required for functionality, such as language, system environment, permission status and purchase entitlements. We do not use advertising identifiers for cross-app tracking or create advertising profiles.

1.3 Apple Health (if enabled)

If Pavo offers HealthKit integration, it accesses only the specific health categories that you authorize, such as body weight or workout records, as indicated in the iOS authorization screen. This information is used only for the tracking, analysis or synchronization features you enable.

You can revoke access through Apple's Health app or iOS settings. Revocation prevents future access through that permission, but does not necessarily delete information already saved in Pavo. HealthKit information is not used for advertising, marketing profiles or sale to data brokers.

Release check: If the released app does not implement HealthKit, replace this section with a statement that the current version does not access Apple Health data.

2. How Information Is Used

We process information to support workout and nutrition logging; strength, workload and weight trends; program progression; nutrient calculations, food portion calculations and carbohydrate adjustments; preferences and optional local reminders; Apple purchase entitlement checks; and support requests you choose to submit.

Automated workout and nutrition features are software calculations, not medical diagnoses, treatment or individualized medical services.
