Overview

Enough is a health and fitness app that helps you understand whether you are meeting a simple rolling activity target. Privacy is part of the product: Enough is designed to process your activity information on your device. We do not operate user accounts, show advertising, track you across apps or websites, sell your information, or use your health information for advertising.

Information Enough accesses

Apple Health data

With your permission, Enough reads selected health and fitness information from Apple Health, including workouts, workout type and duration, exercise minutes, step count, stand hours, active energy, and walking, running, or cycling distance. Enough uses this information to calculate rolling activity progress, recommendations, personal comparisons, and trends.

If you manually add a workout in Enough, the app saves that workout to Apple Health with your permission. If you choose to delete a workout that Enough created, Enough can also remove that workout from Apple Health.

Apple Health permissions are controlled by iOS. Enough cannot determine whether you denied access to a particular read category; Apple Health simply provides no readable data for that category.

App preferences and local records

Enough stores app settings and locally calculated summaries on your device. These may include onboarding status, activity targets, workout classifications, reminder preferences, daily check-ins, and whether an App Store review prompt has already been considered.

Purchases

Enough Plus purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Enough checks whether you have an active subscription or lifetime entitlement. We do not receive or store your payment-card details. Apple manages billing, transaction history, subscription renewal, cancellation, and refunds.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, Enough schedules local notifications on your device at the time you choose. Enough does not use a notification server or send your activity data elsewhere to create these reminders.
