Part-time. Long-term. Deliverables-based. Women strongly encouraged to apply.

I'm looking for someone to take a chance on me and the projects I'm currently building.

Let me be honest from the start. This role is more interesting than it is well-paid. The pay is NGN 150,000 a month. That is fair for the part-time hours, but it is not yet what I want it to be. This is my current reality, and I would rather say it plainly than dress it up.

Here is what I offer in return: a front-row seat to how a remote client business, a startup, and a personal brand get built from scratch. I pay for the tools you will learn on. I buy your work data myself, every month. And I put this in writing: every six months, we sit down and talk honestly about how the role has grown. The pay grows with it, or I tell you exactly why it can't yet and what I can offer instead.

This is a freelance role, and it is built for the long term. I am hiring for years, not months. If you are between things and looking for a stopgap, this is not it.

I am not hiring for a task list. I am hiring someone to manage me.

Who I am

I run Productivity Gourmet, a remote operations practice serving clients in the US and UK. I am also building ACE-VSS, a talent platform for African virtual support professionals. I need one person in my corner across all of it.
