Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

Company: Ditroit

Location: London, UK

Position: Hybrid

❇️ ABOUT US

Ditroit is an independent design and motion studio based in Milan. Since 2009 we've partnered with iconic brands and leading agencies to craft visual experiences that captivate and leave striking impressions. Pure exploration drives everything we do. We dedicate time to researching emerging techniques, pushing the boundaries of storytelling, and transforming the familiar into new aesthetic landmarks. Time moves. People change. Culture adapts. We ride this momentum, shaping work built to last.

❇️ WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a profile that sits somewhere between Executive Producer, New Business Director and Studio Builder. Not someone focused solely on sales, but someone who understands how opportunities are created within the creative industry. Someone with an established network, strong instincts and the ability to build meaningful relationships across agencies, brands and creative communities. You will become Ditroit's first dedicated presence in the UK market, helping expand our client network while contributing to the long-term development of a future London office. We're interested in people who can balance ambition with judgement. People who understand that successful business development comes from credibility, trust and consistency rather than aggressive outreach or short-term wins. A strong network. A clear point of view. A builder's mindset.

❇️ PURPOSE

Your mission is to expand Ditroit's presence across the UK and international markets by generating new business opportunities, building strategic relationships and strengthening our position within the creative industry. The success of this role will directly contribute to the development of Ditroit's future London office, creating stronger connections between our UK presence and Milan headquarters. This role carries clear commercial responsibility and measurable growth objectives while remaining closely connected to the creative culture that defines the studio.
