Shared working space between Livepeer Foundation and RaidGuild

Overview

This document provides a practical, evidence-backed analysis of where the Explorer delegation experience currently falls short of the staking UX users are used to on major exchanges. It has also turned those findings into a design-ready improvement plan.

We began by establishing a baseline for the current Explorer delegation journey: how a user discovers delegation, chooses an orchestrator, understands rewards and risks, completes the delegation transaction, monitors earnings, and eventually redelegates or exits. From there, we compared that experience against the staking flows offered by major exchanges and strong decentralized staking products.
