Trying to log in but unsure about your credentials? Here's how to get or recover access.

Make sure you're on the correct platform

Only super admins and admins can log in to the CMS. Presenter and SVP users should log in to the Webapp at app.scaura.com/webapp. If you see "Your user does not have permission to access the CMS", you're on the wrong platform.

First time using Scaura?

You must be invited by an admin of the organization you want to access. Once added, you'll receive an email to set your password and create your account.

• Not sure if you were invited? Search your inbox and spam for emails from [email protected]. If there's nothing, ask your admin to invite you or resend the invitation. Still nothing? Contact [email protected].
• Invitation expired? If you were invited but never set your password, the link may have expired — ask your admin to resend.
• Want to change your password? Open Settings → Change Password, enter the new password in Password and Confirm password, then click Change Password.

Not your first time on Scaura?

If you already have an account and were invited to a new organization, use the same credentials — log out, log back in, and choose the organization.

Can't remember your password?

1. On the login page, click Forgot password?
2. Enter your email and click Reset password. You'll receive an email with instructions.

If you see "Cannot reset password," you don't have a Scaura account — ask your admin for an invitation. Didn't receive the reset email? Check spam; if nothing arrives, contact [email protected].
