1. Is real money involved in FINSH? Absolutely not. FINSH is 100% a casual simulation game. All currency, wallet balances, purchases, and items inside the app are completely fictional and live only inside the app and your imagination. No real-world financial transactions or physical shipping will ever take place.
2. How do I unlock locked categories (like Toys or Bags)? You just need to keep playing and shopping to level up your shopper tier! Once you reach the required level (Level 2 for Toys/Bags, Level 3 for Custom), the categories will unlock automatically on your Home screen.
3. My app is not showing translations properly, what should I do? FINSH supports full localization. Please ensure your device language is set to either Spanish or English in your iOS system settings, and restart the app.
