一句話：本卡屬 FR-103（母卡 CM-母卡號），第 2 棒：退役「韌性巡航回饋」這組舊頁面。⚠️ 不是單純刪三個檔——它與新頁面共用一支 TabView 元件，刪錯會連新頁面一起壞。FE 為主。
意見回饋有新舊兩組頁面。舊那組叫「韌性巡航回饋」，選單已經關掉了（使用者在選單上看不到），但網址還打得進去——路由沒拔。
意見回饋剛搬進 jedi-issue 套件（FR-099），舊那組打的是同一組 API。留著它等於留一個沒人維護、卻進得去的後門。本棒把它拔乾淨。
三條 cruising 路由中，有一條指向的是共用元件、不是 cruising 專屬檔：

🔴 FeedbackManageTabView.vue 不可刪——它被 system 那組在用。但它內部有 cruise 分頁邏輯（:22-24 的 showTab('cruise') 判斷 route.path 是不是 /feedback/cruise-feedback-view），那段要跟著清掉，否則會留下一個指向已刪路由的分頁。
可以刪的三個檔（git ls-files 確認）：src/views/feedback/cruising/CruisingFeedbackForm.vue／CruisingFeedbackManage.vue／CruisingFeedbackView.vue。
選單已關：DB public.ui_routes id=14 cruise-feedback-view（url /feedback/cruise-feedback-view）enable=0。⚠️ 同表 id=10 cruise-project-manage 也是 enable=0，那是另一個功能（韌性巡航專案管理），本棒不碰。
打的是同一組 feedback API（已搬進 jedi-issue）：CruisingFeedbackManage.vue:41,87、CruisingFeedbackForm.vue:71,127,140,178 用 API.FEEDBACK／API.FEEDBACKS／API.FEEDBACK_FILE。
與新頁面的差異：舊那組抓下拉選單走 API.SYSTEM_MENU，新那組走 API.LABELS_MENU——兩條不同的資料來源。刪舊的不影響新的。
i18n：src/config/locales/i18n/zh-tw/menu.json:32 有 "cruise-feedback-view": "韌性巡航回饋管理"，en 同位置應也有。⚠️ 同檔 :23-24 的 cruise-project-manage／cruise-project-survey 是別的功能，不要順手刪。
步驟 1：先自己把四條路由與對應 component 再確認一次（首腦初盤說三條，實查是四條——這正是要再確認的理由）。
步驟 2：刪 src/views/feedback/cruising/ 三個 .vue。
步驟 3：router/index.js 移除四條路由定義（含 /feedback/cruise-feedback-view 那條——雖然 component 是共用的，但那條路由本身要拔）。
步驟 4：FeedbackManageTabView.vue 清掉 cruise 分頁邏輯（showTab('cruise') 那段與對應的 TabPanel）。⚠️ 只清 cruise 那半，system 那半要留。
步驟 5：i18n 兩份（zh-tw／en）的 menu.json 移除 cruise-feedback-view 一行。⚠️ 只刪這一個 key。
