Hi, my name is Sasha @palvenchik

and before I get into any of this, I want to promise you two things, because I think that's only fair given how many "growth guides" you've probably already scrolled past and forgotten by tomorrow morning.

The first thing is that I'm going to walk you through, in real detail and without skipping the uncomfortable parts, exactly how I went from a page that nobody watched to 6,000 followers, with videos that took off to hundreds of thousands of views, and one particular video that alone brought me a thousand new followers in just a few days.

The second thing is that I'm going to hand you the exact headline formula I use to this day, the one that quietly decides, before anyone even presses play, whether a video ends up sitting at two hundred views or climbing toward two hundred thousand, and by the time you finish reading this you'll already know how to use it yourself.

I've worked in marketing for 5 years, and the last 3 of them specifically in social media, where I worked on growth and campaigns for European brands in Germany.

Now i quit my 9-5 corporate job and I have 6 thousand active followers, my videos take off to hundreds of thousands of views, and I earn money on social media (collabs, content creation, consultations, menthorships)

But before any of that, I want to talk for a second about who I think is reading this right now, because I have a feeling I know you a little better than you'd expect

This article is for you if:

If any part of that sounds familiar, I want to tell you something that took me embarrassingly long to understand myself:

this isn't happening because you're boring, and it isn't happening because you don't have anything worth saying. It's happening because nobody ever handed you the actual mechanics, the real steps, instead of the soft, repeatable advice everyone gives, things like "just be consistent" or "just be yourself," which sound comforting but leave you exactly as stuck as you were before you heard them.

So that's what I want to give you here instead, the real steps, the ones that actually moved my numbers, laid out simply enough that you could start using them today.

My story

I should tell you honestly that I didn't walk into this with some natural gift for social media. I've spent five years working in marketing, and the last three of those specifically inside social media, growing pages and running campaigns for real brands here in Germany, so when I started my own personal page, I genuinely assumed it would be easy, since this is quite literally what I do for a living every day for other people.

I posted aesthetic content, nice shots, a pretty feed. It looked cute, but the views didn't budge. And that went on for quite a while.

The shift, when it finally came, wasn't a hack or a trick I stumbled onto.

It was a decision, and a fairly simple one once I actually made it: I stopped treating my page like a hobby, something I did in spare moments when I felt like it, and I started treating myself like a project, with the same seriousness I'd bring to any brand I was managing.
