This Privacy Policy explains how FairDice handles information when you use the Android app. “We” means the developer identified as the seller of FairDice on Google Play. For privacy questions or requests, contact us at [email protected].

1. Accounts and Device Permissions

FairDice does not require an account. The app does not request access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts, or photos.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

Roll history, saved dice sets, the last-used dice configuration, and app settings are stored locally on your device. They are not uploaded to our server. You can clear roll history in the app. Deleting the app removes its active local data, although copies may remain in device backups managed by Google under Google’s policies.

3. Purchase Information

FairDice uses Google Play Billing to load the product and localized price, process and restore the FairDice Pro lifetime purchase, and determine whether you own FairDice Pro.

Google Play processes the payment and provides the app with the purchase status and a purchase token. We do not receive your payment details, and we do not run our own purchase server. The app stores on your device whether Pro was last confirmed as purchased, so Pro keeps working when Google Play is temporarily unavailable.

4. How Purchase Information Is Used

5. Advertising and Privacy Choices

Free users may see Google AdMob banner ads. FairDice Pro users do not see ads. We check Pro access before requesting ads; if access cannot be determined, we do not request ads.

Google and its advertising partners may process IP addresses (including approximate location inferred from IP), app or device identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, and diagnostic or performance information to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, and operate their services. We do not send dice results, roll history, or saved sets to AdMob.

We request non-personalized ads, disable Google’s publisher first-party ID, and do not use the Android advertising ID. Non-personalized ads can still involve data processing and require consent. Google’s User Messaging Platform presents applicable privacy messages before ads are requested. Where available, open Settings → Ad privacy choices in the app to review or change your choices, including consent or applicable opt-outs. You can continue using the dice tool if you decline consent; ad availability depends on your choices and Google’s requirements.

Google and its partners may process advertising information outside your country and retain it under their respective privacy policies for advertising, measurement, security, and legal obligations. Upgrading to Pro stops future ad requests in the app; it does not automatically delete information previously processed by advertising providers.
