FIELD & SERVICE ENGINEER

As a Field & Service Engineer, you will be responsible for keeping the world's most advanced powered exoskeleton running in the hands of the units using it. You will work alongside our field team in Kyiv to repair and flash units, check what comes off the line before it goes out, and turn what happens on the ground into changes the engineering team makes. You should thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you adapt quickly and love to solve hard problems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Repair and flash units in the field, and QA inbound shipments before they go out
• Work alongside the units testing the system and observe how it holds up in real use
• Turn what users report into structured feedback the engineering team can act on
• Coordinate with integration partners so the system fits the equipment already in use
• Train armorers to do field repairs themselves
• Keep spares, tools, and diagnostic equipment organized and ready

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of hands-on repair and diagnostic work on electromechanical hardware
• Comfortable with a scope or logic analyzer, soldering, and bench level electronics repair
• Native Ukrainian and working English
• Based in Kyiv, or willing to work from there
