This work proposes film production as a ceremonial knowledge practice supported by multi-agent architectures designed to preserve relational accountability throughout the creative process. Drawing on Shawn Wilson's "Research is Ceremony" framework and Nicolas Renaud's decolonial film practice, we position agent-supported production as a technological instantiation of Indigenous relational epistemologies where knowledge emerges through witnessed relationship rather than extractive observation. The Perceptual Agent Layer (eyes and ears of the system) captures creative intent as structured event streams; the Narrative Cluster Processor transforms raw material into thematic structures; quality-enforcement loops ensure outputs maintain storyteller coherence. This approach addresses a critical limitation in current AI-supported creative tools: they optimize for efficiency without preserving the relational and ceremonial dimensions through which meaning emerges in Indigenous knowledge systems.
