- Local Processing: All card randomization and game logic occur on your hardware.

- Standard Diagnostics: The App may use anonymous Apple-provided diagnostic reports to fix crashes, which do not contain user-specific content.

This Agreement is between you and Plation Inc. regarding the use of Fingers Down Now.
1. License & Purpose Plation Inc. grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use this App for personal, non-commercial entertainment. The App is a digital card deck designed to facilitate social interaction.

- Social Conduct: You acknowledge that Fingers Down Now involves sharing personal experiences. Plation Inc. is not responsible for any social disputes, discomfort, or consequences resulting from the prompts provided or the answers given by players.
