Finio ("the App") is developed by Kabir Wadhwani. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

• Email address and name (for account creation)
• Username (chosen by you, visible to other users)
• Usage data (features used, screens viewed)
• Chat messages sent in PulseRooms and direct messages (stored to enable the community feature)

What We Do Not Collect

• No real financial data
• No payment information
• No bank or brokerage account details

All trading within Finio uses simulated demo money only. No real money is involved at any point.

How We Use Your Data

• To create and manage your account
• To enable community features (rooms, messaging, profiles)
• To improve the app experience

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data to any third parties. Stock market data is provided by third-party financial data providers.

Data Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. This permanently removes your account and all associated data.
