Order Confirmation (0-2 hours)

• Send confirmation message
• Verify order details (size, color, customization)
• Confirm delivery address (flag suspicious addresses)
• Set customer expectation for processing time

Production/Picking (Same Day or Next)

• For digital: Prepare final files, verify format
• For physical: Pick from inventory, quality check
• For print-on-demand: Submit to POD service, confirm proof

Quality Check

• Digital: Open file on different device, check formatting
• Physical: Inspect for defects, verify count
• Custom: Compare against customer specifications exactly

Packaging

• Use appropriate protection for item type
• Include thank-you note (personalized if possible)
• Add care instructions or usage guide
• Include branded insert (business card, sticker)
