These Terms apply to Flag, a focused chess clock app for iPhone and iPad. The App Store listing name is Chess Clock - Flag.
By downloading or using Flag, you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement for apps distributed through the App Store. Apple's Standard EULA is available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
If these Terms conflict with Apple's Standard EULA, Apple's Standard EULA controls where required by Apple or applicable law.
Flag is designed for over-the-board chess games, training games, clubs, casual play, and tournament-style time controls.
You are responsible for choosing the correct time control before starting a game. For official or rated events, players and organizers should confirm the applicable rules, time control, and device policy before using any digital chess clock.
You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to purchase functionality, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law.
The core chess clock functionality is free.
Flag Pro is an optional one-time, non-consumable App Store purchase. Flag Pro unlocks premium features such as unlimited saved custom time controls and premium themes.
Prices may vary by country, currency, taxes, and App Store pricing rules. The final price is shown by the App Store before purchase.
Purchases, refunds, billing, Family Sharing availability, and payment methods are handled by Apple under App Store rules. Use Restore Purchases in the app to restore Flag Pro for the Apple ID that purchased it.
Flag uses RevenueCat to validate purchases and manage the Flag Pro entitlement.
Flag does not require an account and does not include ads.
The app may change over time as features are improved, added, removed, or adjusted. The developer may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app where needed for maintenance, platform changes, App Store requirements, legal requirements, or product reasons.
Purchased Pro access will continue to unlock the Pro entitlement for supported versions of the app, subject to App Store and platform limitations.
