• A Flagrant 2 contact foul:
  • Occurs while ball is dead
  • Occurs when contact is severe or extreme
• A Flagrant 2 Non-contact foul:
  • Occurs when there is extreme unsportsmanlike conduct (racial slurs, offensive language, etc.)
  • Occurs when there is vulgar, abusive, or persistent behavior
