Hey y’all. I moved into this 2BHK a few days ago and I’m looking for a male flatmate to join me. Everything you need to know is on this page.

About the home

• Fully furnished and move-in ready
• Great location in HSR Layout Sector 1, near NIFT
• Peaceful residential area, with parks a minute’s walk away
• Faces the back of the building: no construction noise, and the balconies open onto greenery
• Helpful, non-interfering owner
• Standalone building, first floor, with security, a lift and parking
• Neighbourhood: Bhartiya Jalpan, Cult HSR, GOT tea and a bunch of stores are 5 mins walk away.

Rent, deposit & brokerage

• Rent: ₹24,000/month for your share (₹52k total)
• Deposit: 3 months
• Brokerage: one month’s rent (this is a new place I’m moving into so ideally I’d want someone who’s open to covering their share)
• Electricity, water and gas bills are separate + based on usage.

Your room

A fully furnished bedroom: spacious, with great ventilation.
