Post Overview
We are looking for an experienced Fleet Driver & Ferry Supervisor to oversee driver management, employee transportation operations and fleet compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, efficient and compliant transportation services while leading driver performance, training and daily operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, assess, onboard and maintain records for company drivers.
- Monitor driver performance, attendance, compliance and conduct regular evaluations.
- Coordinate driver training, road safety programs and disciplinary investigations.
- Manage daily ferry operations, vehicle allocation and transportation schedules.
- Promote safe driving practices and investigate transportation-related incidents.
- Handle driver-related documentation, operational records, expenses and periodic reporting.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, HR or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet operations, driver management or related function
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of transportation operations, road safety and regulatory compliance
- Experience in employee transportation services and driver performance management
- Strong communication, coordination, leadership and problem-solving skills
