Join us as a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to oversee vehicle maintenance operations, manage service providers, ensure fleet reliability and drive safety and cost efficiency. The role requires strong technical knowledge, vendor coordination skills and experience in fleet or workshop management.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for assigned vehicles.
- Ensure vehicle maintenance schedules are implemented effectively and on time.
- Monitor vehicle downtime and ensure timely repair completion.
- Ensure vehicles remain roadworthy and operational.
- Coordinate with authorized maintenance workshops and vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance, service quality, and turnaround time.
- Verify repair quotations, work completion, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure vendors comply with agreed service standards and SLA requirements.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections and condition assessments.
- Ensure compliance with company fleet standards and maintenance requirements.
- Monitor validity of maintenance-related records.
- Support incident investigation.
