Post Overview
We're looking for a Fleet Supervisor to support daily fleet operations, vendor coordination, GPS monitoring and fleet documentation while ensuring efficient and compliant transportation services.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth fleet operations and provide help desk support to vehicle users (field teams).
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure SLA compliance and enforce penalties when required.
- Liaise with vehicle users, LMs and vendors and escalate concerns promptly.
- Arrange ad hoc vehicles and local rentals as needed.
- Prepare and submit PRs for vehicle lease contracts as needed.
- Collect and validate the drivers’ daily timesheets and toll invoices, submit to LM for validation and HR for monthly payroll.
- Monitor GPS records and coordinate with vehicle users’ LMs for trip verification and escalate any concerns.
- Maintain and update the fleet tracker daily.
- Assist the maintenance team with uploading the maintenance tracker in ERP system.
Job Requirements
- Any graduate or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of Fleet operations and vendor management
- Experience in documentation, reporting, and data tracking
