This origin has a heat resource, visualized by the Strider-looking bar, which has 5 segments. Depending on which segments are filled, your natural speed is ranges from 0.75x to 1.25x.

This heat resource increases when in fire, on magma blocks, or in lava, and decays naturally outside of these.

:badge_info: You can hold onto your heat for longer by holding hot items, like a blaze rod, blaze powder, or lava bucket.

:badge_magma: You can consume magma cream, giving no hunger but allowing for heat to generate passively for a short while.

:badge_flintandsteel: Sneak-using flint and steel or fire charges, while not facing any nearby blocks, ignites you on fire, increasing heat.

Holding onto blaze rods, blaze powder, or lava buckets decreases heat loss. Magma cream is edible, which lets you passively gain heat over 30 seconds on consumption. Sneaking then using flint and steel or fire charges while not facing any blocks or entities increases your heat at the cost of durability or the item itself respectively.

:badge_info: While lava can cushion falls for you, landing on them can be like falling on solid ground at higher heights, so be careful! :badge_info: Lava can be swam through, but is much slower than normal.

This origin can walk on and does not sink when inside lava. Swimming and moving in lava is possible due to another power, but is half as fast.

All forms of fire do not inflict damage. Additionally, lava acts as water, draining air and being able to be swam through.

🧊 Crippling Cold "You retain your biological weakness of cold environments, taking damage when in water, ice, or snow. Taking any cold-related damage also reduces your innate heat.”

Take :heart_half: of Hydrophobia damage for every second in water or rain. Standing on ice blocks applies freezing like in powder snow. When hurt by water or freezing damage, lose heat from Heating Up.

🍄 Fungal Sustenance "Your kin can consume warped fungi for a speed boost! It's advised to nibble bits and pieces from one on a stick than consume it whole.”

Warped Fungus can be eaten it whole for Speed III, Nausea II, & Weakness (00:30).

:badge_onastick: Provides passive speed when held, which slowly consumes durability. On holding [Right-Click], it consumes extra durability and gives you Speed I for 30 seconds.

:badge_warped: When eaten whole, it gives you Speed III for 30 seconds! Beware the side-effects of nausea and weakness that lasts for the same duration.

Holding a Warped Fungus on a Stick boosts your speed by 10%, consuming 1 durability every 5 seconds you hold it. You can also “eat” the fungus on a stick, giving Speed (00:30) at the cost of 5 durability.

Other players can right-click you while you sneak, which makes them mount you. You can still control the movement however.

Naturally spawn in a warped forest in the Nether.
