This Privacy Policy explains what information Flyt processes when you use it, how that information is handled, and the choices you have. Flyt is designed as a local-first voice journal: your entries, transcripts, polished text, and audio recordings stay on your iPhone unless you explicitly export them.

By installing or using Flyt you confirm that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

1. Summary

• Flyt records voice notes, transcribes them on-device, and stores journal entries locally on your iPhone.
• We do not operate user accounts, sign-in, cloud sync, or servers that store your journal content.
• We do not collect, sell, or share the content of your journal entries, transcripts, polished text, or kept audio recordings.
• We collect non-content product analytics and diagnostics through Amplitude to understand usage, measure performance, and improve the App.
• The optional writing-improvement model is downloaded from Hugging Face when you choose to install it. After download, it runs locally on your device.

2. Data we process

2.1 Data processed only on your device

The following data is created, stored, and processed locally on your iPhone. The Provider has no access to it.

• Journal entries. Original transcripts, improved versions, timestamps, and entry metadata stored in the App’s local SwiftData database.
