FocusFlow is designed for ADHD and neurodivergent users. We believe privacy is not a feature — it's a foundation. Here's what you need to know:

We do NOT collect, store, or sell your personal data. Period.

Third-Party Services

FocusFlow uses the following third-party services:

RevenueCat — for subscription management. RevenueCat processes Apple ID and subscription status. We never see your payment information. RevenueCat Privacy Policy
Apple App Store — for payment processing. All payments are handled by Apple. We do not process or store payment details.

Your Data Is Yours

All task data is stored locally on your device.
No account is required to use FocusFlow. All core features work offline.
Cloud sync (future feature) will be end-to-end encrypted.
You can delete the app at any time, and all local data is removed.

AI Task Breakdown (Pro Feature)

When you use AI task breakdown, your task text is sent to a secure API endpoint. Task text is processed in real-time and NOT stored or used for model training. No user identification is attached to the request.
