2. LOCAL STORAGE ONLY All data you create in the App — including tasks, goals, focus sessions, reflections, and statistics — is stored locally on your device only. This data is never transmitted to the developer of Focusly or to any third party.
3. NO THIRD-PARTY SERVICES Focusly does not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking services of any kind.
4. NO DATA SHARING Because no data is collected by us, there is nothing to share, sell, or disclose to any third party.
5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY Focusly does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under the age of 13, because the App does not collect any information at all.
6. DATA DELETION Since all data is stored only on your device, you can remove all of your data at any time by deleting the App.
