Open Spectra Fold — Levinthal Contraction Visualizer

Spectra Fold turns the contraction formalism into a visible state-space experiment for the Levinthal problem: a large conformational search picture is replaced by motion toward a constrained invariant ensemble.
$$ \text{state space}\rightarrow\text{spectral constraint}\rightarrow\text{contraction}\rightarrow\text{stable ensemble} $$
The visual grammar is inherited from SPECTRA: $K$ defines the admissible kernel, $P$ selects it, and $I-\epsilon K^2$ contracts transverse components.
