Torte itself is Juis’ food images? Food representation? and they never really described what kind of torte. I did a little bit of digging and found a kind of torte that similar to his little food brooch(?) It was Schwarzwald torte.
Schwarzwald torte or black forest gateau was originally from german, it was made from butter, cocoa powder, cherries, eggs, flour, jam, Kirsch, sugar, and whipped cream.
Caramel is a range of food ingredients made by heating sugar to high temperatures. This process of caramelization primarily consists of heating sugar slowly to around 170C (340F). Caramel was sweet and easy to get. The name caramel reminds him of her (Kyarameru). Also, he find her eating lots of caramel candy, seemingly her favorite type of candy, as it’s soft and sweet. Just like her, he said.

White chocolate digunakan utk menggambarkan era awal - manis, tapi lebih banyak bagian "fake" karena mereka baru pertama kali mengenal satu sama lain, sehingga hanya mengenal bagian luar saja. White chocolate tidak mengandung cocoa solids, melainkan mengandung cocoa butter. It lacks of cocoa solids.
Cocoa solids, the main ingredient for the dark and milk chocolate, disini menggambarkan "pure feeling" or perasaan mereka yang real. Baik Juis ataupun Meru sama-sama menyembunyikan their true feelings and their true self at some point.
Dark chocolate, meski dibuat dengan menggunakan gula, tetapi rasanya tetap pahit. Dark chocolate was made from lots of cocoa solids, dan disini dianggap sebagai them showing each other their true feelings and their true self yang awalnya di sembunyikan (but in a bad way).
Milk chocolate, pada saat pembuatannya udh dicampur dengan susu, jadi rasanya menjadi lebih manis dan lembut. It's like saying they have accepted each other. So, in milk chocolate, their relationship has gotten a lot better. It's sweet, but not as sweet as white chocolate, so it's balanced. Also, milk chocolate is Juis' fav type of chocolate! Milk chocolate is a good ending for JuisMeru (True ending), as JuisMeru has two ending on it’s lore.
