Hello, I'm Minju Cha, the Founder and Team Leader of SAILUX, an education volunteer community.
As we enter the age of artificial intelligence, we find ourselves facing questions unlike anything we have encountered before.
AI can write, create images, develop business proposals, and perform tasks that once required human expertise.
Yet as technology becomes increasingly intelligent, we are confronted with even more fundamental questions about our future, our purpose, and our ability to thrive.
“What kind of person should I become in the age of AI? What can I do better than artificial intelligence?”
“Will I still have something meaningful to contribute to the world?”
I believe these questions go far beyond career decisions.
They are ultimately about whether we can take ownership of our lives, embrace responsibility for our futures, and discover our value in a rapidly changing world.
And these are questions shared by young people across the globe.

Throughout my entrepreneurial journey, I have had the opportunity to work with numerous brands, businesses, and young professionals.
Through these experiences, I came to realize something important:
What people truly need is not simply access to technology. These questions became the foundation of SAILUX.
Rather than pursuing success solely for ourselves, I wanted to create an environment where we could share practical knowledge, support one another, and find ways to survive and thrive together.
SAILUX is not simply an educational group.
We do not stop at teaching AI tools or developing professional skills.
SAILUX is a growth-oriented community where young people discover their potential, build confidence and values that remain strong even in the age of AI, and learn to connect their talents with the needs of society.
