The role

Elva runs as three orgs:

• Engineering builds the platform and our AI
• Relay is everything on the company side: growth, sales and client success. It works like a relay race. Growth gets the right companies to know us, sales takes them to signed, client success keeps them winning, and clean handovers are how we win
• Landing is the heart of Elva: case management and expansion. Landing gets every employee from signed offer to settled in a new country, and opens up the new countries they land in. Everything we do is measured by how well people land

You'll work directly with the founders on whatever matters most right now, mostly across Relay and Landing. One week you're running a relocation in a country we've never worked in, the next you're building an agent that saves the team ten hours a week, or turning an event into a pipeline of new clients. Nothing is too small or too big. This is the fastest way to learn how a company gets built, from the inside.

What you'll do

• Work on the founders' top priorities where support is needed, whatever they are that month
• Get hands-on in case work across different countries when we need extra hands, and learn how a relocation really runs
• Build internal AI tools and automations that let a small team do what a big one would
• Help run the business: finance, events, sales
