Effective September 2026
These terms apply to the $5,000 Founding Membership offered by Two Tree Studios, LLC for The Supermarket, including future Founding Member benefits associated with Hush Hush.
By purchasing or submitting payment for a Founding Membership, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
A Founding Membership is a membership and support opportunity intended to help fund the continued development of The Supermarket, including Cutie’s and Hush Hush.
A Founding Membership is not an investment and does not provide equity, ownership, profit participation, voting rights, repayment, interest, or any financial return in Two Tree Studios, LLC, The Supermarket, Cutie’s, Hush Hush, or any affiliated organization.
The purchase price is $5,000.
Once Hush Hush is operational, each Founding Membership includes:
Up to four private-use reservations per membership year for two years, for a maximum of eight reservations.
The two-year Hush Hush benefit period begins when Hush Hush opens for member reservations, not on the date the Founding Membership is purchased.
Hush Hush is currently anticipated to open in late 2027 or early 2028. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed opening date.
Included reservations cover the standard space rental fee only. Food, beverages, catering, staffing, security, equipment, entertainment, additional hours, special setup, cleaning beyond standard use, and other optional services may carry additional charges.
All reservations are subject to availability, venue capacity, operating hours, booking procedures, applicable laws, venue rules, and select blackout dates.
Founding Membership does not guarantee availability on any particular date, including holidays, Saturdays, or other high-demand dates.
Reservations must be made through The Supermarket's designated booking process and are confirmed only when accepted by The Supermarket.
The Supermarket may establish reasonable advance-booking windows, cancellation deadlines, guest limits, operating hours, and other reservation policies.
