The Role

While the founding team pushes on product and growth, you own everything that keeps the marketplace humming today: the booking that stalls at 9pm, the lister who went quiet, the partner with rooms ready to go live, the fire nobody saw coming. When the product can't do it yet, you're the one who makes it happen anyway.

This isn't a role where you inherit a playbook. You're writing it, in real time, for a company still early enough that your fingerprints will be on everything. As the company scales, your role scales too. You’ll have help though, working closely with our COO Matt to bring everything together.

What You'll Own

Rescue bookings in real time. You live in our dashboards and know the pulse of the marketplace better than anyone. When a renter is having trouble booking, or a lister needs a reminder to check the app, you pick up the phone, fire off the text, and get it moving. Every booking you save is someone landing their next address.

Run supply and partner ops. Onboard new listers, operators, and partners, and carry their spaces from first contact to live in-product. You keep the admin behind the marketplace tight so the front of it feels effortless.

Scale yourself with AI. Do it by hand once, then build the AI workflow so it never eats an hour of your life again. We're an AI-native company and we expect you to operate like it: one person moving with the leverage of five.

Ride shotgun with the founders. Work directly with Selin, Niko, and the rest of the early snag team on conversion pushes, launch events, IRL activations, and whatever else a company moving this fast throws at the week. You'll see how every part of the business runs, up close.

What We're Looking For

• A go-getter with serious agency. You see a stuck booking as a personal challenge to take across the finish line vs. a job for someone else on the team to fix.
• A people person who loves the phone. You'd rather text and call a renter and solve it in three minutes than send a third email.
• Fluent in AI tools and hungry to get better. You already use them daily, are curious about discovering new tools, and light up at the idea of automating your own busywork.
• Someone who wants hard, meaningful work. Chaos reads as fun to you, and you'd pick a steep learning curve over a comfortable seat every time.
• You’re not a senior operator yet but you’re hungry to become one here, taking direction and growing as snag grows.
• Scrappy and resourceful. No task is beneath you and no problem stays unowned for long.
