FAQ

What is Framewell?
Framewell is a media notebook for organizing audio, video, notes, tags, folders, and timestamp markers.

Does Framewell download YouTube videos?
No. Framewell does not download, copy, store, modify, or redistribute YouTube video or audio content. YouTube links remain hosted and played through YouTube. Framewell only saves your own notes, tags, favorites, and timestamp markers around the link.

Where is my media stored?
Framewell stores your app data and imported media on your device and, when enabled, through iCloud storage associated with your Apple account.

How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Email us at [email protected] with a short description, your device model, and iOS version if possible.
