The business needed reliable support with setting up its payment system and maintaining financial records without close supervision. There were also recurring translation errors in Indonesian product listings, while the business had not yet established a social media presence to start building visibility.
I set up the business's PayPal payment system from scratch and maintained accurate financial records throughout the engagement. I also introduced a review process to identify and correct translation errors before product copy was published.
Alongside this, I verified location data across more than 20 sites nationwide and created the business's first Instagram account, giving it a starting point for building its social media presence.
I maintained 100% accuracy when verifying location data across 20+ sites and reduced translation errors by 30%. The PayPal payment system was fully set up and ready to process transactions, with financial records kept accurate throughout the engagement.
