You pull out a standard translation app. You speak. You wait. The app loads. It translates. The patient replies. You wait again.

In humanitarian crisis zones (e.g., triage tents, refugee borders), language barriers are fatal. Current translation tools (Google Translate) use "Consecutive Interpretation" (Speak → Wait → Translate ), which doubles the time of medical interactions and breaks the "Golden Hour" workflow.

Frontline is the world’s first Simultaneous Interpretation Protocol for crisis response. By leveraging the extreme inference speed of the Cerebras WSE (2,000+ tokens/s), we eliminate the "wait time" entirely.

Instead of waiting for a full sentence, Lifeline acts like a UN interpreter: it predicts and translates context while the patient is still speaking.

The Results?Latency: Reduced from 4.0s (Standard GPU) to <200ms (Cerebras). • Innovation: Uses "Predictive Lookahead" agents to translate intent before the speaker finishes the sentence. • Impact: Enables doctors and refugees to speak naturally over each other, restoring human connection and saving 50% of triage time.
