1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Garagey ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service together with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. License

Your use of Garagey is licensed to you — not sold — under Apple's Standard EULA, which governs your rights to install and use the app, restrictions on use, ownership of the app, and warranty and liability terms. Results are provided for entertainment and personal collection purposes only and should not be relied upon for any commercial, legal, or safety-critical purpose.

4. User-Submitted Photos

When you capture a car, your photo is sent to Google Gemini solely for identification. You retain ownership of your photos. By using the app, you confirm that you have the right to submit any photo you capture and that doing so does not violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party. You are responsible for where and how you photograph vehicles, including compliance with local laws regarding photography in public and private spaces.

5. Subscriptions, Trials & Refunds
